Snugbug® orders typically ship within 24-48 hours after purchase. 

 

Our shipping time is approximately 2-3 weeks with an average of 2 weeks. In a few months, we will move to a new warehouse and deliver shipments in 2-3 days.

Accidentally put in the wrong shipping address?

Some customers notice on the Email Confirmation, Cart or Checkout that it appears they only bought one pillow.

If you see the price is $39, then this is for one Pillow
And for two pillows, it's $68.

Q:  Why is the velcro not sticking?

Some customers complain about the velcro not sticking...

This is because we use a cover on the velcro to protect it in transit from dust and more.

Once it's arrived, you can simply remove the cover like in the video below and enjoy.

Q:  Is the SnugBug® Travel Pillow suitable for kids?

Due the adjustable size, the pillow is suitable for most children and adults.

We are also working on a colorful version mainly for kids so they can have their own perfect pillow customized to them.

The approximate time for its launch is 2-3 months.

Q:  Does the pillow get hot?

Our neck pillows are designed for optimal comfort, and they feature breathable materials to ensure your neck stays cool even during extended use.

Q:  What materials is the pillow made of?

The pillow is made of hypoallergenic materials, perfect for those with sensitive skin or allergies.

Our pillow features a soft and breathable cotton cover with memory foam fill, providing adjustable support for your neck.

Q:  How do I clean the SnugBug® pillow?

Gently remove the cover by opening the zip and pulling the memory foam out. The cover can be washed in the washing machine.

For the memory foam, use a damp cloth or wipes to clean the surface of the foam then wait for it to dry, keeping it away from sunlight and heat sources. It’s important to avoid using a dryer or putting the pillow in direct sunlight as this can damage the foam.

And for the final stage, put the memory foam back inside the cover and enjoy the pillow on your next trip!
